Associate/manager was polite, kind, and very informative; had an easy going demeanor. Facility is clean and well kept. Easy to get access with code, and easy to find storage space. When I asked about a promo mentioned on the web, she applied it to my cost. Overall, well run and well kept.
Just wanted to write in about Candice and Thomas they are very friendly,helpful and professional. The company I work for has 5 storage units there and they've both went above and beyond with there service. Also recently we needed to rent a moving truck and they were able to get us what we needed when no other place in the area could.
I was carefully educated on my rental responsibilities and felt that my possessions would be stored safely, with intelligent and professional people. Found myself having a better day, just because I was treated so well. An amazing experience! A++!

Great spaces for a large RV. The best part of iStorage Cape May is the service to the customers. The manager Candace and co-worker Tom are the best. Always go out of their way to make the customer happy. They know you by name and treat you like a friend. I would highly recommend iStorage Cape May.
